In your corner of the world, there are many voices all trying to gain your attention. In our corner we have Lenny, and Lenny is about to tell you the truth. This is Lenny’s Corner, a podcast perspective you can trust, and an honest, truthful approach to what really matters in life.

Religion vs Relationship

I go to church, I help others and pay my tithes. In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss Religion versus relationship. Religion, as I understand it from reading the Bible, is not what God wanted from His followers. He repeatedly said, “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me.” (Isaiah 29:13)   Lip worship is religion … heart worship is relationship. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. (Luke 18:12-14)

What Should I Be Looking For?

When these things begin to happen, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. (Luke 21:28) In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss about the signs that will precede the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

I’m Tired and I Don’t Feel Like a Christian

In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss on the podcast exploring what is happening to Christianity in the West. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. (Galatians 6:9)

Why Do We Need a Church?

In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss our role in the Church. Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. (Hebrews 10:25)

The Christian and Sin

As a Christian I am forgiven, but can I still sin?   In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss how do we as a Christian deal with sin? For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (Romans 6:14)  What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbids. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? (Romans 6:1-2)

Is Your Spiritual Life Under Siege?

In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss is your spiritual life under siege by the enemy. Can you withstand the enemy's attack?  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. (Psalm 23:4)

Am I Called of God to a Role?

What is my role? In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss our role as a Christian and what our expectations are. And He said unto them, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature.” (Mark 16:15)

Who is Your Lifeline

Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss who is your lifeline? One of the ways our enemy, the Devil, seduces us is by his wearing us down with feelings of failure. He is constantly telling us we are not worthy nor are we qualified. How do you combat this insidious bombardment of you’re no good? For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13)

Where is Your Trust

In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss where is your trust? As humans, we are prone to trusting in ourselves, and self-assurance is how we are encouraged throughout our lives. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Back to the Basics

In this episode, Dr. Lenny and Larry Kutzler discuss topics that are relevant to the Christian life. Talking about these topics become part of our life, while we mediate on the Word of God. Being the man or woman God calls us to be doesn’t mean we are always politically correct. The Bible gives us instructions as to how to live our life, and we need to refocus our mind to Godly thinking. We can never be perfect, but God only asks that we try, and not to settle for less than a Godly life.
